Please contact Sandra Bedwell at Art 4 Beginners webmail to go onto a waiting list. With 3-4 people waiting the Interest Groups Coordinator will be asked to form another group - will require 1 or 2 waiting members to become the Group Contact(s).
What we do
We started Art 4 Beginners as we could not find any classes to help with the basic skills of drawing. Speaking with other people many were in the same predicament. We have attended art classes which we enjoyed but felt we still needed to get back to basics.
So Art 4 Beginners is run as easy to follow tuition for everyone to participate in. We ‘teach’ a variety of different media starting with drawing, demonstrating and discussions. We provide lots of printouts as guides for working at home. We meet up once a month on a Monday afternoon.
